G plovdiv mall is a pioneering enterprise, located at the entrance to Plovdiv, adjacent to the main junction and highway to Sofia. G plovdiv mall will introduce a modern shopping mall and commercial center, the scale of which has not been seen before in the region.  

This flagship project will cover an area of 60,000 sqm and will
consist of a magnificent shopping mall, spreading on 65,000 sqm of built space (32,000 sqm of GLA) and two office towers consisting of 10,000 sqm each. The showcase shopping mall will house international and local fashion brands, leading hypermarket chains as well as DIY retailers. Visitors to this an all-in-one shopping and entertainment center, will also enjoy a choice of cinemas, spa and a health club, all integral features of the site.

The project will include 1,500 parking places.

G plovdiv mall is designed to offer a total shopping and entertainment experience The complex will feature impressively designed spacious walkways to ensure easy movement throughout the mall and from floor to floor. The space will be flooded with natural light and will offer escalators and elevators, some of them transparent, enabling a bird`s-eye view of the beautiful design of the mall. The shops will be well-lit and spacious with large entrances for easy access and flow of shoppers. Transfer from parking areas to commercial areas will be clearly marked and designed for convenience.
